Nicki Klepper (b. 1991) is an artist whose work broadly focuses on themes about place, loss, and memory. In her most recent (and on-going) body of work, Lazaretto, she explores these themes in relation to the complex history of the southern landscape. Originally from New Jersey, Nicki has spent her time between the Garden State and Montauk, Long Island. She received her BFA in Studio Art from Alfred University in 2013. She is currently located in Savannah, Georgia while she completes her MFA in Photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
